Who are we?
PCT has seen the necessity and change of pooling of pallets and other Returnable Transport Items (RTI) over the past few decades. We have seen numerous problems and errors arise. And we know that they are not, or only partially, solved. Resulting in frustration and unclear costs.
With our new standard, we are convinced that we make a significant contribution to the optimization of the pool systems, as there are many in Europe.
Match, Collect & Deliver
PCTO is a platform that regulates the collection & delivery process of pallets and other RTIs across Europe through matching. We do this with an e-Credit system, where we follow the independent EUWID index for the most current price developments.
In addition, we have a network of account and quality managers in Europe who solve problems in the event of a dispute. They check the quality on site at both depots and recipients.
With the e-Credits, our participants are able to make optimal use of Euro pallets (EPAL) and other RTIs across Europe. All this to achieve a more sustainable society.

With PCTO, every company, or even better a network of companies (the chain), is given the opportunity to move from single-use pallets and other RTIs to multiple-use pallets and other RTIs.
How?
PCTO offers a simple way to switch from single-use to multiple-use. With Collection & Delivery – matching - and the e-Credit, everyone in the chain benefits from this. Handling transactions becomes easier, and transparency means there are fewer discussions with all parties involved. Mutual balances can easily be settled with e-Credits. In case of discussion, our regional account and quality managers can provide a solution.

The easy way
We help companies make the step from single-use to multiple-use, the easy way. We offer all the steps required for this clearly within the PCTO platform. An important first step is to hand in non-standardized pallets and other Returnable Transport Items (RTI) and replace them with the reusable variant, including the Euro pallet (EPAL).
Making the switch from single-use to multiple-use will, in the short, but certainly in the longer term, create a financial benefit for the entire chain - in addition to sustainability.
