Match, Collect & Deliver
PCTO
You can easily log in to the online portal and take all the steps for the “Collection” and “Delivery” of pallets. In addition to these two modules, there is also the “Current Account” module for carriers.
The process of “Matching” can be fully followed. All history is preserved, so that it is always transparent who initiated what and when.
PCTO is available on PC, tablet and mobile and compatible with other systems such as ERP, WMS and most purchasing software.
Collection
Returning pallets has never been easier. After registration in PCTO, the Matching process follows, which provides the best combination with a deposit. After collection, sorting and evaluation, the value will be credited to your e-Credits balance.
In addition to all types of pallets, you can hand in all Returnable Transport Items (RTI) at depots and have them valued. The value is paid out in e-Credits.
Delivery
Indicate in PCTO what need there is for pallets. The Matching process is then started to match the depot with the best conditions. You can also use your own trusted depot. Confirm the match in PCTO and the order will be executed.
The Delivery is settled in e-Credits and the history can be followed in PCTO.
e-Credits
An e-Credit is a virtual means of payment and represents the value of 1 used Euro pallet in A-quality. The value in euros is linked to the independent index of the German EUWID (www.euwid.de).
e-Credits can be freely transferred between the balances of all PCTO users. They are credited to the balance after Collection, debited at Delivery and used in the Current Account. In addition, e-Credits can be purchased at PCT.
The e-Credits are not subject to VAT and also solve the international VAT problem associated with Collection & Delivery. The Easy Way!
Current account
For the carrier, there is the Current Account module. Easily keep track of how balances between shippers, carriers and recipients of goods relate to the pallet flows.
The Current Account works with Blockchain technology and cannot be changed afterwards. This creates transparency and certainty for all parties involved. In PCTO everyone can follow the progress.
