EPAL-pallets and RTIs
PCT follows the list of EPAL International and conforms to the specifications maintained by EPAL.
PCT collects, delivers and matches all types of pallets and other Reusable Transport Items (RTIs). The value is credited to your e-Credits balance.
EPAL-depots are periodically checked for quality and assessed on their performance. In addition to these checks by EPAL, PCT also uses its own accountmanagers and quality controllers who can be present at depots for checks and in the exceptional case of a complaint.
