Type of information?
We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet a/o our PCTO platform; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and possibly browsing history. We use software tools (specifically Google Analytics GA-4) to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including company name, personal name, gender, email, and other communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, and/or recommendations.
When you conduct a ‘login’ or ‘sign up’ on our website to PCTO, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your company name, personal name, gender, address, email address and business information (Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and bank details). Your personal and business information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
Why personal information?
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
to provide and operate the Services incl. your personal account;
to provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
to be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
to register for our email newsletter;
to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
Our website and/or PCTO service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. How we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' information?
Our company’s website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We use the following computer programs or systems: the 24/7 online platform PCTO which automatically processes Collection & Delivery incl. checkout via our e-Credit system of EPAL Pallets and other RTIs.
How long we keep personal data?
We do not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: 7 years due to the rules for keeping accounts (fiscal basis Dutch Tax Authority).
How do we communicate with you?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, and/or text messages.
We only use technical, functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website.
