Pooling is sustainable

PCT reduces single-use pallets and gives you the opportunity to switch to multi-use pallets. We do this with our PCTO platform: Collection & Delivery - matching, linked to e-Credits.

Legislation

PCT is preparing for new legal developments from Brussels for the packaging industry, the reduction of the CO2 footprint and more attention for the circular economy.

EPAL & PCT

We have close ties with the EPAL organization and use the depots that operate under the EPAL license. Together we have the objective to promote the system of open pooling. With the network of EPAL International and its own PCT network, there are thousands of depots and drop points. That is why it is always possible to get a good connection to the Matching process with Collection and Delivery.

If you have returned the single-use pallets with Collection and are going to use the received e-Credits to obtain multiple-use pallets, this has advantages for the entire chain. In addition to your own use, you can also make the e-Credits in your balances available to third parties.

PCTO makes it possible to digitally record all steps. Invoicing (self-billing) and all other communication also takes place in the cloud. This is clear and transparent for every user at any time.

Advantages

Lower your
CO2 footprint

With PCT much becomes visible, including the so-called hidden costs that cannot be directly quantified, but which are becoming increasingly important in modern business operations.

Better collaboration in the supply chain

A supply chain system that connects partners, suppliers and logistics service providers makes it easier for organizations to work together. When issues are addressed directly with partners, you resolve them faster, lower costs, have happy customers and fewer churns. Take your supply chain responsibility!

End-to-end insight into the supply chain

With visibility into the entire supply chain, including suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, warehouses, and third-party logistics partners (3PLs), companies can proactively manage their supply chains, reducing risk and costs.

More accurate forecasting and decision-making

Data can be aggregated, linked, and expanded via predictive analytics. That leads to better, more automated decision-making and self-correction. Ultimately, this results in more efficient processes and less waste.

More flexibility in the supply chain

Flexible supply chains move along when something unexpected happens. This flexibility allows for better customer experiences, faster response times and a more efficient supply chain overall.

Optimal stock levels

PCTO provides inventory visibility across the entire network, so businesses can have what they need, where they need it, when they need it. They increase profit and inventory turnover and reduce inventory and material shortages.
