One of Europe's largest carriers, ÖBB's Rail Cargo Group (RCG), has signed an agreement in principle with PCT. RCG and its customers will use the online platform for the Collection, Delivery and Matching of, specifically, its own EUR pallet. This will be used exclusively by RCG in all its own transports. The aim is to exchange empty pallets at the shortest possible distance from each other so that they can be used again for the next transport. The reuse of pallets fits completely within the European PPWR guidelines and makes the use of the Austrian EUR pallet within Europe (and beyond) more stable and stronger.
